WALKGOODLA x WHITE MEN CAN'T JUMP PARTNER TO CELEBRATE MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH
On May 7th, Walkgood LA and 20th Century Studios, White Men Can’t Jump hosted a special yoga experience at Kenneth Hahn Park for the highly anticipated upcoming release of White Men Can’t Jump. Over 300+ beautiful Black & Brown guests gathered in the Baldwin Hills Mountains of Los Angeles to take advantage of the exclusive WMCJ yoga experience! Attendees received a morning of self-healing through yoga and meditation in addition to delicious, pressed juices from JuiceBae, and prize giveaways from Sole Folks. Instructors Etinenne Maurie, Marley Ralph, and Ivy Coco Maurice led the sessions and referenced the synergies between the film and WalkGood LA’s focus on wellness and mindfulness. Celebrity guests that were in attendance included Director, Calmatic; actress, Paris Nicole; actor, Samir Corbin (Young “Kamal” in the movie); costume designer, Neishea Lemle; and more!

From 20th Century Studios,’ the all-new comedy “White Men Can’t Jump” is a modern remix of the iconic 1992 film that celebrates the streetball hustling culture of Los Angeles. Multi-platinum rap superstar Jack Harlow makes his movie debut as Jeremy, a former star of the game whose injuries stalled his career, and SinquaWalls stars as Kamal, once a promising player who derailed his own future in the sport.
